About the Project:
Design and construction of a single span 25m long Manafa Bridge which is located on Tororo-Mbale Road which is the primary spur of the Northern Corridor Route and is the only viable direct link to the southern Sudan and DRC via Soroti, Lira and Kamudini. The Bridge substructures of up to 9.0m height for abutment walls of reinforced concrete. Composite bridge deck of two lane highway designed to HA and 45 Units of HB loading, to BS 5400 2006.
